This notice explains how Casali Estates Ltd (trading as Casali Building & Renovation, company number 15225811) uses the information you give us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or estimate tool, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, postcode, and the details of the job you describe or select.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to you, arrange a visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.

We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc. If we pass your enquiry to another trade, for example because we can't cover your area or dates, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for 6 years for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@casaliestates.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
